Geoff Goodyear
Chairman
Geoff Goodyear is chairman of Russell Bedford International, managing partner of the London member firm, Lubbock Fine, and chairman of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited.
Geoff joined Lubbock Fine in 1972 and was appointed managing partner in 2000.
He
is a chartered accountant and manages a portfolio of UK and overseas
clients ranging from private individuals, through owner-managed
businesses to global enterprises. Geoff specialises in international
tax planning and capital structuring. He has significant experience in
solving inter-jurisdictional tax problems and in providing tax
solutions where there is need for compliance with Sharia law.
He
also advises high net worth individuals on wealth preservation through
the establishment of overseas trusts, companies and other entities.

Naresh Shah
Director
Naresh Shah is a director of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited and a partner in Russell Bedford's London member firm, Lubbock Fine. Naresh joined Lubbock Fine in 1973, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1978.
Naresh
is responsible for providing accounting and audit services to small and
medium sized entities including audits of UK subsidiaries of entities
quoted on NASDAQ, and audits of FSA-registered entities such as a
branch of a Swiss-based bank.
He advises both UK
and overseas clients on tax planning and the establishment of
international business operations through companies, trusts and the
like.
Naresh also has considerable experience in
advising on immigration and wealth protection and in assisting foreign
clients investing in Europe.

Stephen Banks
Director
Stephen Banks is a director of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited and a partner in Russell Bedford's London member firm, Lubbock Fine.
After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1995, Stephen worked for
two other major accountancy practices before joining Lubbock Fine in
May 2005. He was welcomed into the partnership in June 2007.
Stephen
is responsible for providing accounting and auditing services to
commercial, banking and regulated clients, including listed entities
and internationally orientated businesses.
He also specialises in corporate finance with expertise in listings and mergers & acquisitions.

John Donnelly
Associate Director
John
Donnelly is an associate director of Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited,
having joined the firm in 2008. He is a certified public accountant
with over seven years' post qualification experience gained through
both mid-tier and Big-4 firms in the UAE and Ireland.
John
moved to Dubai and joined KPMG in 2005. While with KPMG, he gained a
broad knowledge of relevant local factors and regulatory requirements.
He
is responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided by Russell
Bedford (Dubai) Limited to our clients and overseeing client
relationships. He manages our accounting, audit and regulatory
reporting services to small and medium sized organisations including
DFSA regulated entities.

Hassan Abdillahi
Manager
Hassan
Abdillahi joined Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited as a manager in
October 2008. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with
over five years' post qualification experience.
Prior
to joining Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited, Hassan worked for the State
Audit Institution in Abu Dhabi and, before that, KPMG in Dubai. He has
considerable understanding of local factors as well as the region's
regulatory requirements.
Additionally, he has
extensive exposure in the fields of audit and accounting and an
in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.

Neil Williams
Manager
Neil
Williams is a manager both in Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited and
Lubbock Fine. He joined Lubbock Fine in 1997, qualifying as a chartered
accountant in 2002. Neil is experienced at working with clients across
a broad range of sectors.
He has developed an
expertise in computing and accounting software and assists clients in
building their computer systems while also providing the training
necessary to operate them.
Additionally, he provides our in-house training on various accounting software for staff in both our Dubai and London offices.

Vera Villano
Senior Accountant
Vera Vellano is a senior accountant in Russell Bedford (Dubai) Limited, having moved to Dubai and joined the firm in 2006.
She
previously worked with a bank before joining the client accounting
services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Philippines. In 2001
she transferred to the assurance services group of PwC as a supervisor
for audits of medium sized entities across various industries.
Having
worked in the region for a number of years, she has gained broad
knowledge of the local factors and regulatory requirements. She has
extensive exposure in the field of accounting and audit and an in-depth
knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
