Accounting Services

We will assist you in the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of the management accounts and reports. We will compile the management accounts for your approval based on the accounting records maintained by us and the information and explanations given to us by you.  All accounting records will be maintained using your preferred accounting software, while we generate monthly management reporting pack for you, and prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

Outsourced Finance Officer

As the DFSA and FSRA require regulated entities to appoint Authorised Individual/Recognised Person as a Finance Officer, our team of highly experienced and knowledgeable finance professionals will become your designated Finance Officer, operating under your instructions. They will be responsible for the following: 

  • Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual PIB/Regulatory returns.
  • Monitoring of liquidity and capital resources requirements.
  • Ensuring you have effective systems and controls in place.
  • Attending BOD meetings and providing financial updates to the board.
  • Liaising with the regulators and auditors in respect of your financial matters.
